Future of Networking: PHPBB7

A few fellow colleagues and I were discussing a couple of topics concerning the way networks will continue will progress along with the evolution of PHPBB. Yesterday was the official beta release for PHPBB7. With the new release comes:

• A new administration interface
  
• User compatible attachment systems
  
• MySQL database storage
  
• Oxygen compatible along with backwards compatibility
  
• Prospective posting, along with high-speed connections
  
• All CSS versions are open for use
  
• Features and widgets that are never before seen
  
• Polished and furnished design
  

The question is, "Who's going to be first to conduct a journey into the PHPBB7 networking era?" Many forums, including this one, is on a solid version of PHPBB5, not even advancing as far as PHPBB6. The BB program isn't slowing down, and either should the community.

Wow. I guess networkers are going to have to get to work on advancing to the newer PHPBB versions.

When is this being released? I didn't even know PHPBB7 was possible considering the set assets that so many people have established from PHPBB6.

The beta release is already out. The official release will be sometime this December.
